I love my panda mug from Cost Plus World Market. It costs $4.99, or about a third of what a fancy lidded mug costs at fancy tea chain Teavana, and it's extremely cute. I always throw away the filter since I use teabags, but the lid fits perfectly without it (unlike the piece of crap mug I got at Teavana). The lid is ideal for longer-brewing teas, like the Mate Vana caffeinated herbal tea that I am totally addicted to, which needs to sit for at least 5-10 minutes. I like my tea hot, so the lid is the most important part of the system for me. Well, or maybe it's the supercute pandas...
